Identification

A current credit card and drivers license will need to be sighted on arrival.

Tariffs

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by the receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honored. Rates quoted are based on 2 people in a one bedroom, 4 people for a 2 bedroom, 6 people for a 3 bedroom, anyone extra over 2 yrs will be $30 per night.

Deposits

A deposit of $200.00 or first nights accomodation will be required within 7 days to confirm your booking. The balance of the account is payable on check-in. December and January, full amount is payable by 1st November and non refundable thereafter.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash,Cheque, Eftpos and direct deposit. American Express will attract a 3.3% fee.

Unit Allocation

All efforts will be made to place guests in a requested unit, sometimes circumstances beyond our control prevent this therefore an alternative unit will be allocated.

Smoking Policy

All our units are smoke free, please only smoke outside and on the balcony where ashtrays have been provided. If there is any evidence of people having smoked in our apartments a deodorizing & cleaning charge of $75 will apply.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of the guest desiring to cancel, we must be given 30 days notice(in writing) or more prior to date of arrival where a full refund shall be made less $75 admin fee. Less than 30 days there will be no refund unless the apartment is re-let for the same period as originally booked. A cancellation will attract a $75 administration fee. There is no refund for early departure. Not applicable in December and January bookings.Changes to bookings subject to availability and managers discretion a $25.00 admin fee will apply.

Specials Terms and Conditions

• To receive specials guests must quote the special as seen at time of booking
• Bookings must be made Direct by phone, not online
• Stay must be between specified date times
• Special only available on any new bookings made
• Any Free nights must be taken as part of initial stay
• Guests that already have a reservation for an upcoming stay will not be allowed to cancel their booking and re-book to take up this offer
• Stay is subject to availability
• Offer is not redeemable for cash, not valid in conjunction with any other offer and no further discounts or specials apply

Conditions

Sorry no pets are permitted on premises.

The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred, together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the body corporate property caused by the guest and authorizes the manager to charge any credit card for any loss or damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise. Our housekeepers do not do dishes or remove rubbish, if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition, a $50 charge will apply.
