A current credit card and drivers license will need to be sighted on arrival.
A deposit is the total of your first nights accommodation will be required at time of booking. The balance of the account is payable on check-in.
PEAK PERIODS – full amount is payable by 4 weeks prior to arrival date – this payment is then non refundable.
Free cancellation up until 7 days prior to arrival where a full refund will be made. Less than 7 days there will be no refund of your deposit.
There is no refund for early departure.
Changes to bookings subject to availability and fees may apply.
If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the full amount.
In the event you are unable to travel due to boarder / travel restrictions we will offer a full refund or move your booking.
Peak Season Cancellation Policy
Peak season bookings are free cancellation up until 30 days prior to arrival. It will become non refundable
Bookings can be moved subject to availability and fees may apply. Moving a peak season booking the total tariff will remain the same if moved in the 30 days.
Rates quoted are based on 2 people in a one bedroom, 4 people for a 2 bedroom, 6 people for a 3 bedroom, anyone extra over 3 yrs will be $50 per night per person (includes extra bed +linen).
Infants 0 – 3 will be free of charge (not including cot).
Porta cot hire(0-3 yrs) $15 per night (includes linen).
Single night stays incur an additional $50 flat fee on the overnight rate which is included in the price.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Cash, Eftpos and direct deposit. No credit card fees.
All efforts will be made to place guests in a requested unit, sometimes circumstances beyond our control prevent this, therefore an alternative unit will be allocated.
All our units are smoke free, please only smoke outside and on the balcony where ashtrays have been provided. If there is any evidence of people having smoked in our apartments a deodorizing & cleaning charge of $250 will apply.
The guest will be liable for payment of any charges incurred, together with all replacements and necessary costs for any damage or loss to the apartment and its contents or the body corporate property caused by the guest and authorizes the manager to charge any credit card for any loss or damage or monetary contribution for which any guest is liable under this document or otherwise. Our housekeepers do not remove rubbish, if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition, a $75 charge will apply.
No check in/ out on Christmas Day, Boxing day, New years day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday &Easter Sunday.
Sorry, no pets are permitted on premises.
In the event of a guide dog, assistance or support animal, please let us know at the time of booking. Please also bring the required papers, so we can have it file.
There will also be a $500 deposit for security over the apartment in case of any damage or any extra cleaning that will be needed.
